A new CPE plant with annual capacity of 50,000 tons is under construction.
This new CPE factory take the most advanced technology based on German technology, compared with the old water phase technology popular in China, this new acid-phase technology can produce super quality and reach zero waste water discharge.
Now Chinese environment protection policy is getting more and more tough, the old water phase technology is facing big environment risk because of huge waste water discharge.
The new plant is expected to put into operation in the middle of 2015.
